In 2019, Trevor and Sharon married and Sharon took over running his office. She helped grow Ridgeline to where it is now and with the birth of their two youngest children, she has taken on special projects in our office so she can focus on being a mom.
Lynette has been with Ridgeline since August of 2020. After being a stay at home mom to her three daughters for twelve years, she decided to go back to school and got her bachelor’s degree in business management. Lynette started with Ridgeline as an office assistant and has spent time working as the lead estimator, then taking on the role of office manager and is now our general manager. She is committed to making Ridgeline a great place to work and a great place for our customer’s to create their dream spaces.
Britny has been in and around the construction industry for most of her life. She helped her dad run his construction company for many years before coming to work for Ridgeline. Britny has been with us since December of 2022 and she has worked as our office assistant, material specialist/superintendent and is now starting her career as a project manager. Her wealth of knowledge is an asset to every job she runs and she loves to bring our customer’s vision to life.

Ridgeline started using Matterport in 2021 and it has revolutionized the way we are able to write estimates. Matterport generates precise 3D models of spaces, which aids us in creating designs and estimates from anywhere. We no longer need to spend hours in your space to get all of the detailed information needed to generate designs or estimates. This also keeps Ridgeline from needing to make unnecessary trips to your project during the design process when many of our answers will be in the 3D model. This saves everyone time and money with the project.
Buildertrend serves as an integral website and application in Ridgeline’s operational framework for managing all our projects. Our customers are granted personalized login credentials, affording them access to comprehensive, step-by-step project updates and the convenience of swiftly reviewing and authorizing materials or change orders from any corner of the globe. This streamlined approach empowers our clients to allocate more time to their core priorities during the project lifecycle, eliminating the necessity for numerous in-person meetings to address routine tasks
